Our story began in the early 1960s when Kaitlyn's grandfather, Dennis Mayes, first ventured into the HVAC industry. His dedication and expertise laid the foundation for what would become a respected family business. Dennis W. Mayes, to this day, leads Tennessee Valley Technical Programs, ensuring that quality education remains a cornerstone of our mission by continuing our education. Following in the family tradition, Kaitlyn's father, Kevin Rougeau owned multiple HVAC companies- now managing TVTP Training, continuing the footsteps of Dennis W. Mayes and continuing the legacy of excellence in HVAC training. Tyler, a vital member of our team, is passionate about solving problems and possesses a remarkable mechanical aptitude. Together, our family is committed to upholding the values of honesty and skill, striving to assist our community one home and business at a time.

Kaitlyn Teaster is the co-founder of Tennessee Valley Heat & Air. Born into the HVAC industry, she grew up understanding the value of hard work, honesty, and quality service. Kaitlyn loves running the business alongside her husband, Tyler, and takes pride in helping their company grow while maintaining a strong commitment to their customers and community.

When she’s not managing the day-to-day operations, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with their children and balancing the rewarding roles of business owner and mom. Her dedication, organization, and genuine care help make Tennessee Valley Heat & Air be a family company you can trust.

Cody Regan is a skilled technician at Tennessee Valley Heat & Air. He completed his training through the TVTP program, where he developed a strong foundation in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Cody is known for his excellent work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to doing every job right the first time.

He has a natural talent for problem-solving and takes pride in finding efficient, reliable solutions for customers. Whether he’s diagnosing an issue or performing a full system install, Cody’s professionalism and friendly personality make him a valued member of the Tennessee Valley Heat & Air team.
